THE REQUISITE MINIMUM
of the World Federation of Hungarians
Motivated by the sense of responsibility for the future and the current plight of the Hungarian nation, all the while keeping in mind the globalization processes, the World Federation of Hungarians, adopted and made public in September 2005 the document entitled:
Requisite Minimum for the Hungarian Nation
During the period of more than four years that has passed since its publication, the ensuing societal, economic and political changes that have taken place have caused a grievous deterioration in the condition of the Hungarian nation. The ruling political elite has failed to espouse the items of the Requisite Minimum for the Hungarian Nation in its activities; indeed, it has been acting explicitly in the opposite direction. This has intensified the crisis, which today has become a moral, political and economic crisis.
The Hungarian World Congress, which convened in August 2008 on the occasion of the 70th Anniversary of the founding of the World Federation of Hungarians, made it its objective to bring a turnaround in the morality and mentality in the life of Hungary and the Hungarian people. More than 800 delegates and about 400 guests took part in the 12 conferences, in which academicians from the East, politicians from the West, Hungarian scholars, researchers and public figures deliberated on the questions of life and death matters of the Hungarian people. The VII World Congress, which was honored in a letter of greeting by His Excellency, the Dalai Lama and another by Professor Mario Alinei, perhaps the most renowned philologist in Europe, represented a beautiful, so far unseen, arch extending from the Altai region to the Atlantic Ocean, in the center of which stood the much cherished, gifted, Hungarian people, who deserve a better fate.
Hungarian Society is ready for the Turning Point
The VII Hungarian World Congress, as the all-Hungarian institution endowed with the greatest legitimacy, which, since June 4 1920, has alone represented in a lawful manner the totality of the Hungarian people, has made several resolutions that have supported and even complemented the precepts listed in the document. With its most important resolution, it adopted the Declaration of Self-Determination for the Hungarian people. Following this, based on the proposal of the conference: Re-examination of the Treaty of Trianon, the Presidium of the World Federation of Hungarians formulated and adopted the petition: Justice for Europe, aiming to reexamine the Peace Treaties of Trianon (1920) and Paris (1947). These documents opened new chapters for the assertion of Hungarian national interests; therefore, their message was used to complement the document: Requisite Minimum for the Hungarian Nation. The World Federation of Hungarians expects that all the political forces, which endeavor to represent the sovereignty of the people - i.e. who are standing for office in the parliamentary elections – espouse as their own and will be prepared to include the Requisite Minimum for the Hungarian Nation in their election platforms as well as in their government programs.
We expect that, as a Member of Parliament, you will stand up for, and, as a member of the Government, lead in the realization of the Turning Point Initiative that follows.

THE PRESIDIUM OF THE WORLD FEDERATION OF HUNGARIANS
§ 0. A complete moral revival
Twenty years on the wrong path is enough. We have to announce the end of the Hungarian Republic proclaimed on October 23, 1989. The democratic constitutional state that was proclaimed 20 years ago can be considered void and defunct:
since, during the 20 years of existence, out of the almost 400 Members of Parliament, not one asked to whom, for what reason and for how long do the Hungarian people have to make interest payments of 1.500 billion HUF annually, while the debt not only does not lessen, but continuously increases;
since the Government of Hungary, with lies, a deluge of violations of the Constitution and breaches of the law in connection with the December 5, 2004 plebiscite, deceived the citizens of Hungary, who were preparing to vote on the standardization of the Hungarian identity on both sides of the borders of the country;
since it allowed the speech at Balatonöszöd on September 17, 2006, indecently besmirching the country, to go unpunished;
since, on October 23, 2006, in Budapest, on the 50th anniversary of the glorious Revolution and Freedom Fight, frenzied mercenaries opened fire on the peaceful commemorators and trampled upon the Hungarian national flag;
since the Parliament in Budapest, on December 17, 2007, accepted, without even reading it, the Treaty of Lisbon with a four-fifths majority, and in fact eliminated the sovereignty of the Republic of Hungary;
since it (the Parliament) has become hostile to human life: the Constitutional Court, i.e. the Supreme Court, forced upon the people the law which makes it legal for an 18 year-old person to become sterilized for life;
since the Constitutional Court committed a most grievous breach of the law by actively inhibiting the sovereignty of the people from asserting itself, when it delayed for three years the proclamation of the second round of the referendum in the matter of the citizenship for Hungarians living abroad;
since the Constitutional Court has been operating in violation of the Constitution, all of its decisions for the last 21 years are de jure null and void.
The moral revival of Hungarian Society is not dependent on our material existence. The saints, the deliverers and the vanguards are examples for the future of the growing new generation and the sustainers of their faith and hope. They shape the spiritual aspects of the new generation. We always need moral examples, but especially in the present time, in the time of our moral revival.
To accomplish this:
1. Support and urge the complete uncovering of the circumstances of the death of Sándor Petofi and put an end to the fabricated history forced upon the nation.
2. Do away with corruption and punish criminal politicians to restore trust in the elected representatives.
§ 1. Enforcement of the claim of the Hungarian people to self-government
The basic instrument of the solution is self-government built upon the principle of freedom and equality, which is a natural and inalienable right, according to the basic right accepted by the United Nations General Assembly in 1977.
In the interest of achieving this:
3. The declared claim for self-government by the people of Hungary has to be incorporated into the Hungarian Constitution, and a new national strategy has to be developed for the assertion of their right to self-government.
4. The chief means for the assertion of the right of self-government is the plebiscite. We expect the Hungarian Government to render all possible support for the realization of the plebiscite, and to create the essential conditions for the success of the right of self-government. The Government should represent the declared will of the people before all responsible forums and chiefly before the Organization of the United Nations.
5. In the process of Hungarian self-government, which is incorporated in all nations’ right for self-government, the Hungarian Government should, on a Constitutional basis, provide a protected status for Hungarian communities living in the detached territories in the Carpathian Basin.
§ 2. Justice for Europe
The settlement of the Hungarian question cannot be delayed!
June 4, 2010 will be the 90th anniversary of the signing of the Treaty of Trianon.
After the end of World War I, the Victorious Powers realized their intention, which was already expressed before the War, to tear the Hungarian nation into seven pieces. They did this to the Hungarian Kingdom, which, since 1222, had had a written Constitution and was, to the rest of Europe, an example of a constitutional state. They forced 3.5 million Hungarians, without asking them and against their will, to live under foreign rule. The Treaty of Paris, signed on February 10, 1947, which closed World War II, was a new dictate for Hungary, a second Trianon, which went further than the first one: new territories were taken, and, after the War, the killing of our people continued. After the Treaty of Paris, the Hungarian State, under the Communist system, forgot the compatriots annexed to other states, despite constitutional obligations to them. Today, when the European Community (European Union) would like to become a region of “Freedom, Law and Security”, there cannot be double standards against even one nation – including Hungary. Therefore, today, 90 years after World War I, we say: Justice for Hungary, which really means: Justice for Europe!
In the interests of providing justice:
6. The Government should initiate the re-examination of the Treaty of Trianon, which closed World War I, and the Treaty of Paris, which closed World War II, abolishing the further discrimination against the Hungarian people and ensuring the administration of justice for the Hungarian people.
§ 3. A unified Hungarian Nation
The restoration of the political unity of the Hungarian Nation is one of our most urgent tasks. The World Federation of Hungarians – acting according to the articles of its Constitution -- initiated a referendum in 2004, in order to provide all Hungarians with Hungarian citizenship, in spite of the promises of the Hungarian politicians, which were sabotaged. Although the plebiscite was declared invalid, it showed a majority of YES votes. The moral obligation of the World Federation of Hungarians is to carry this question to a successful outcome. For this reason, it initiated a second referendum in this matter. In the process of the modification of the provision of law, the World Federation of Hungarians recommended a unilateral statement on the part of the persons in question; consequently, those who made this statement would receive citizenship on the same day.
In the interest of the restoration of the political unity of the Hungarian Nation
7. The Government should initiate and support the modification of the Citizenship Law in such manner that all Hungarians, who were stripped of their Hungarian citizenship by the Trianon Dictate – or by some other way – against their will, including their descendants, should regain their Hungarian citizenship, without any particular preconditions, e.g. even without repatriation.
8. It should initiate and support the procurement of citizenship for Csángó Hungarians, without repatriation.
§ 4. Hungarian National Culture and Education
The Hungarian spirit is second to none among the nations of Europe. Its creations – from hieroglyphics, through Non-Euclidian Geometry to the Holographic World Model – are all of outstanding importance to the intellectual life of the World. It is always our obligation to depend upon the achievements of the Hungarian Spirit, amidst peoples who are losing their culture because they are suffering the pressure of globalization. These creations are the treasures of the Hungarian people. The impact of Hungarian Studies upon the totality of the Hungarian Nation is to help to restore the national self-esteem and national consciousness, whereby rendering invaluable power and energy to the realization of the Social Turning-point.
In the interest of this:
9. Let it be the task of public education to teach Hungarian studies.
10. Initiate the re-examination of the Finno-Ugric theory of origin.
§ 5. A Thriving Hungarian Nation
A.The population of Hungary decreases annually by the population of a small town, despite the growth of settlements, in consequence of the extremely high death indicators and the falling birth rates. The young families tend to have fewer and fewer children at an increasingly later age. This causes the change of generations to slow down, which means that the decrease of population further accelerates, and it might even become unstoppable.
A. In the interest of increasing the population of the Hungarian nation, the improvement of its health condition and the reinforcement of its presence in the Carpathian Basin:
11. Initiate and support all such measures and rules of law, which stimulate, encourage and support the willingness of Hungarian families to have and raise children, specifically:
1. achange from the personal income tax (PIT) system to the family income tax system;
2. tax-exemption for families with four children;
3. the creation of family-friendly workplaces and child-care institutions, both in the competitive and the public sectors;
4. the adoption of full-time motherhood status;
5. the willingness of young people, between 20-25 years of age, to have children.
§ 5. A Thriving Hungarian Nation
B.The Hungarian nation has become the most unhealthy nation in Europe, which is demonstrated, among other things, by the fact that the rate of the leading causes of death – the malignant tumors and the cardio-vascular diseases – is 3-4 times higher than the European average, so we regard it a priority that you should make every effort to initiate immediate budgetary and legislative measures to stop that tendency.
12. Take budgetary and other type of actions to encourage the growth of a healthy life-style and to control the harmful passions.
13. Ensure for all Hungarian citizens the affordable and adequate prevention of diseases and also medical treatment by way of primary care and special health care.
§ 5. A Thriving Hungarian Nation
C.With the aim of reinforcing the Hungarian presence in the Carpathian Basin, you should initiate and support all measures, that
facilitate the immigration into Hungary of Hungarians living outside the Carpathian Basin;
slow down the assimilation of Hungarians into the national majority in the territories detached from Hungary;
decrease the emigration of Hungarians to the territories beyond the Carpathian Basin;
regulate the coexistence of Hungarian Gypsies and the Hungarian nation in the Carpathian Basin.
C. To accomplish this:
14. Allocate financial support exceeding 1 % of the GDP to the Hungarian communities living outside the borders of Hungary.
15. In the issue of the Hungarian Gypsies, the welfare payments should be coordinated with the incoming payments.
§ 6. An end to the defenselessness and impoverishment
By European standards, the Hungarian people have become poor and defenseless due to the dispossessing economic policy of both the Communist State and later of the Hungarian “Democratic” State, after the “change of regime”. The defenselessness leaves the Hungarian nation unprotected from the economic colonization endeavors.
In the interest of decreasing the defenselessness and poverty of the country
16. Make public the documented history of the Government debt since 1982.
17. Demand reparations from the Successor States of the former Soviet Union for the alleviation of damages caused by the Soviet military aggression in 1956.
18. Take measures with immediate effect for the reparations of damages to property confiscated by the Communist Hungarian State to its citizens, estimated at a value of 25 thousand billion HUF; support only such financial policies, which guarantee that the budget allotted for the State debt and its interest will not exceed in any year the amount allotted for the reparation to its own citizens.
19. Initiate without delay and endorse – even in the first full year of the parliamentary cycle – all measures and legal rules modifications, in consequence of which the number of those living under subsistence level in Hungary will decrease by half by the last year of the parliamentary cycle.
20. Ensure by means of economic policy measures that, by the end of the parliamentary cycle, the net average income of the inhabitants will reach 60 % of the average income of the 15 States of the EU - before the Enlargement.
21. Initiate and support the modification of labor laws (e.g. Labor Code) in such a way that besides the development of Hungarian enterprises, the protection level of the Hungarian employees shall reach that of the States of Europe that provide the greatest level of safety.
§ 7. The Hungarian land and natural resources should belong to the Nation
In the past 20 years, because of the mistaken and gravely anti-national activities of the political class in the field of economic policy and legislation, Hungary has lost a major part of the ownership rights of her capital goods. She became unprotected against the global economic expansion, largely restraining the natural means of life of the Hungarian nation.
In the interest of retaining the Hungarian land and other natural resources in national possession and use:
22. Take initiatives for the modification of the treaties concluded with the EU as well as the modification of the domestic laws to the effect that
1.the land be removed from the influence of the chapter on free movement of capital;
2.the Hungarian peasantry receive the same amount of agricultural support as the peasantry living in other European countries;
3.the Hungarian land remain Hungarian property.
23. Take initiative for such a modification of law that lays down that the Hungarian water supply and the sources of energy, as well as the companies performing the management of these, remain or come exclusively under Hungarian ownership.
§ 8. The assertion of National Interests in the European Union
The representation of national interests within the EU has worked with a very low level of efficiency since the accession of Hungary. In the fields vital for Hungary we have to intensify the diplomatic and other representation. The State of Hungary cannot inflict such burdens on the Hungarian nation – with reference to the EU -, which would leave her defenseless against the other peoples of Europe.
To that effect:
24. Take initiatives for the repeal of measures causing damage to the Hungarian farmers.
25. Mitigate those measures prescribed by the EU, which impede or paralyze the working capacity of the Hungarian economy and the companies.
26. Guarantee that the terms included in the competition announcements related to public procurements and domestic investments should not exclude the Hungarian companies, but ensure real opportunities for them.
27. Establish closer relationships with the countries sympathizing with us (Poland, Croatia, Italy and other Central European countries), and conclude a strategic alliance with them.
§ 9. Protection against settlement
At the annual meeting of the Association of Trade Bureaus in Tel Aviv, on October 10th, 2007, the Prime Minister of Israel, Simon Peres, outlined the primary method of expanding the Jewish empire by way of commercial acquisition of the following areas: Manhattan, Poland, Romania, and our homeland, Hungary.
For us, Hungarians, this image of the future is unacceptable!
Israel's economic occupation of Hungary can not be included in the influx of other foreign capital. We must differentiate between the politically neutral influx of funds and the economic expansion of capital, intended to promote an occupation, supported by the state. This latter one does not come alone. Parallel to the economic occupation, comes a new colonization by means of the classic tools to ensure power:
the introduction of certain rules of the game, which ensure the rule of the powers-that-be, while preserving the appearance of democracy (in its fully-developed form, this is the typical two-party system of the United States),
the corruption of the political elite,
the monopoly of the tools for building a political culture,
the methodical demonization of the critics of the regime,
the take-over of the educational system,
the control of public health
In addition to all these, the agents of Israel have now succeeded in reducing the numbers in the National Guard, in reprogramming the political police (NBH and REBISZ) and, in the form of the INKAL Kft., have established control over the society and have introduced the methods of the use of force. The presence of the INKAL Kft., on October 23, 2006, with the bloodshed caused by their shooting people in the eyes and their use of „vipers”, immediately brings to mind, involuntarily, the IRGUN terror organization.
In Hungary, the anti-Hungarian atrocities, committed by the gypsies, have grown in proportion to the growth of the Israeli occupation. We still do not know whether or not there exists a causal relation behind this comparison.
Hungarians world-wide are following the realization of the Israeli settlement in our homeland with anxiety and a growing indignation.
In the interest of blocking the territorial conquest:
28. Call upon the State of Israel to immediately cease its politics of occupation in Hungary. If it continues, sooner or later it will cause a destabilization in our territory, similar to that in the Middle East. In the end, this is not in anyone’s interest.
§ 10. A vital constitutional order and a working constitutional state
The establishment of a vital constitutional order and a working constitutional state, and, moreover, the assertion of the nation’s interests have become an urgent mission, brooking no delay. The mission is the creation of a new Hungarian constitution (fundamental law), based on the scale of values of the Holy Crown of Hungary, which honors the Christian heritage and whose goal is to return to the ancient Hungarian Constitution that was developed throughout the millennia, to repair the breach in the legal continuity and to reinstate its fundamental tenets to effect social change.
In the interest of this mission
29. Propose that the political decision makers and the voting citizens of the state – reinforced with a referendum – accept a law that states:
1. the present Hungarian state – bound to the constitutional traditions of our public life – considers itself to be a continuation of the former historical Hungarian state system, condemns all forms of absolutism and denies any kind of connection to any autocratic systems of the past;
2. the National Assembly decrees that every four years there be a re-examination of the most constitutionally important laws in Hungary (the legislation and the state organizations), that there be a reinforcement of the National Assembly and the creation of new laws, in order that the historical continuity, the traditions of the Hungarian constitutional manner of thinking, as well as the present-day social and national-political requirements be achieved, with due emphasis.
30. The following should play a determinant role:
1. the preservation of the identity and assets of Hungary, without regard to the borders of the state;
2. The concept of the Holy Crown of Hungary – to be held in respect in every state-system – according to which:
a) the shared and monitored (incompatible with absolutism) source of power is the self-governing nation;
b) the highest power of the state is symbolized and personified in the Holy Crown, as the object of the highest power;
c) The Holy Crown is the source of all possessions within the state and is its symbol in respect to international matters;
d) an integral community should be created, without regard to the language, customs or religion of the Hungarians and non-Hungarians living together, in the interest of a higher common goal;
3. the spiritual and material living conditions of the national Hungarian communities (ethnic groups) in the detached territories, as well as their right to vote for self-government, should be enforced just as those of the Hungarians living within the present territory of Hungary;
4. the reinforcement and ministration of the common interests and cooperation of the Hungarian and other Central European peoples living together, especially in regard to their coexistence in Hungary and the Carpathian Basin (culture, economy, politics), demonstrating their attachment in the past and in the present to certain personages and communities, to the common fate of the people of the Danube Valley and their democratic traditions of self-government.

5.§ Gyarapodó magyar nemzetet
C. A magyarság Kárpát-medencei jelenlétének erősítése céljából kezdeményezzen és támogasson minden olyan intézkedést, amely
o megkönnyíti a Kárpát-medencén kívül élő magyarok bevándorlását Magyarországra;
o csökkenti a többségi nemzetbe való beolvadást az elszakított területeken;
o csökkenti a magyarok kivándorlását a Kárpát-medencén túli területekre;
o rendezi és szabályozza a magyarországi cigányságnak a magyar nemzettel közös Kárpát-medencei életét.
C. Ennek érdekében
14. Juttasson a GDP 1 %-át meghaladó támogatást a határon túl élő magyarság részére.
15. A magyarországi cigányság ügyében összhangba kell hozni a szociális támogatások kifizetéseit a befizetésekkel.
6.§ Megálljt a kiszolgáltatottságnak és az elszegényedésnek
A magyar lakosság Európa mércéjével mérve szegénnyé és kiszolgáltatottá vált a kommunista állam kisemmiző majd a „rendszerváltó” magyar állam kifosztó gazdaságpolitikája következtében. A kiszolgáltatottság a magyar nemzetet védtelenné teszi a gazdasági gyarmatosító törekvésekkel szemben.
A kiszolgáltatottságának valamint a szegénység csökkentésének érdekében
16. Hozza nyilvánosságra az 1982 óta keletkezett államadósság dokumentált történetét.
17. Követeljen jóvátételt a Szovjetunió utódállamaitól az 1956-os szovjet katonai agresszió okozta károk enyhítésére.
18. Azonnali hatállyal kezdje el a kommunista magyar állam által elkobzott, 25 ezer milliárd Ft értékre tehető károk megtérítését állampolgárai részére; csak olyan költségvetési és pénzügyi politikát támogasson, amely szavatolja, hogy az államadósság és kamatainak törlesztésére fordított összeg egyetlen évben se haladja meg saját állampolgárainak kártalanítására fordított összeget.
19. Kezdeményezzen haladéktalanul és támogasson – már az országgyűlési ciklus első teljes évében is – minden olyan intézkedést és jogszabály módosítást, melynek hatására az országgyűlési ciklus befejező évére felére csökken a létminimum alatt élők száma Magyarországon.
20. Vállalja, hogy gazdaságpolitikai intézkedéseivel eléri, hogy a lakosság nettó átlagjövedelme az országgyűlési ciklus végére eléri az Európai Unió – bővítés előtti – 15 tagállama átlagának 60 %-át.
21. Kezdeményezze, és támogassa a munkára vonatkozó szabályok (mint például a Munka Törvénykönyve) módosítását úgy, hogy a magyar vállalkozások fejlesztése mellett a munkavállalók védelmének szintje elérje a legnagyobb biztonságot nyújtó európai országok szintjét.
7.§ Nemzeti tulajdonba a magyar földet és a természeti kincseket
Az elmúlt 20 évben - a politikai osztály elhibázott és súlyosan nemzetellenes gazdaságpolitikai és jogszabályalkotói tevékenysége következtében - Magyarország elvesztette termelő eszközei tulajdonjogának jelentős hányadát. Kiszolgáltatottá vált a globális gazdasági terjeszkedésnek, jelentős mértékben szűkítve a magyar nép természetes életfeltételeit.
A magyar föld és más természeti kincsek nemzeti tulajdonban és hasznosításában maradásának érdekében
22. Kezdeményezze az Európai Unióval kötött szerződések, valamint a hazai jogszabályok módosítását annak érdekében, hogy
1. a földet vonják ki a tőke szabad áramlásáról szóló fejezet hatálya alól;
2. a magyar parasztság a más európai országokban élő parasztsággal azonos mezőgazdasági támogatásban részesüljön;
3. a magyar föld magyar tulajdonban maradjon.
23. Kezdeményezzen olyan jogszabály módosítást, amely rögzíti, hogy a magyar vízkészlet- és energiaforrások és az azzal való gazdálkodást végző vállalatok kizárólag magyar közösségi tulajdonban maradjanak, illetve kerüljenek.
8.§ Nemzeti érdekérvényesítést az Európai Unióban
Az Európai Unió keretén belüli nemzeti érdekérvényesítés Magyarország csatlakozása óta rendkívül gyenge hatékonysággal működik. A magyar nemzet számára létfontosságú területeken az eddiginél jelentősen nagyobb diplomáciai és egyéb súlyt kell képviselnünk. A magyar állam nem róhat olyan terheket a magyar népre – az Európai Unióra való hivatkozással –, mely azt Európa más népeivel szemben kiszolgáltatottá teszi.
Ennek érdekében
24. Indítványozza a magyar mezőgazdasági termelőket sújtó kárt okozó intézkedések visszavonását.
25. Enyhítse azokat az EU által megkövetelt intézkedéseket, amelyek a magyar gazdaság és a vállalatok működőképességét nehezítik vagy lehetetlenné teszik.
26. Garantálja, hogy a közbeszerzésekre és a hazai beruházásokra vonatkozó pályázati felhívásokban megfogalmazott feltételek ne zárhassák ki a magyar vállalatokat, hanem biztosítsanak valós lehetőséget számukra.
27. Alakítson ki szorosabb kapcsolatokat velünk rokonszenvező országokkal (Lengyelország, Horvátország, Olaszország és más közép-európai országok), kössön velük stratégiai szövetséget.
9.§ Gyarmatosítás elleni védelmet
Izrael Állam elnökének 2007. október 10-i beszéde, melyet Tel-Avivban, a Kereskedelmi Irodák Szervezetének éves közgyűlésén mondott, megszabta a felvásárlás módszerével folyó zsidó birodalomépítés fő csapási irányait: Manhattan, Lengyelország, Románia és hazánk, Magyarország.
Számunkra ez a jövőkép elfogadhatatlan!
Izrael gazdasági térhódítása Magyarországon nem mosható össze az egyéb idegen tőke beáramlásával. Különbséget kell tenni a politika-semleges tőkeáramlás és a hódító szándékú, államilag támogatott tőke gazdasági terjeszkedése között. Ez utóbbi nem jár egyedül. A gazdasági hódítással párhuzamosan az új gyarmatosítás immáron klasszikus hatalombiztosító eszköztára is bevetésre kerül:
o olyan játékszabályok bevetése, amelyek a demokratikus látszat megőrzése mellett biztosítják a háttéruralmat (kifejlett formájában ez az Egyesült Államok típusú kétpártrendszer),
o a politikai elit korrumpálása,
o a politikai kultúraépítés eszközeinek monopóliuma,
o a rendszer bírálóinak módszeres démonizálása,
o a tanügy megszállása,
o az egészségügy ellenőrzése
Mindezeken túlmenően mára sikerült Izrael ügynökeinek Magyarországon leépíteni a honvédséget, átprogramozni a politikai rendőrséget (NBH és REBISZ), sőt az INKAL SECURITY Kft. alakjában a létrehozni a társadalmi ellenőrzés és erőszak alkalmazásának eszközét is. Az INKAL SECURITY Kft. színrelépése a 2006. október 23-i szemkilövős,viperás vérengzések alkalmából akaratlanul is az IRGUN terrorszervezetet juttatják eszünkbe.
Magyarországon a cigányok által elkövetett magyarellenes atrocitások száma párhuzamosan növekszik az izraeli gyarmatosítás mértékével. Ma még nem tudjuk biztosan, hogy e párhuzamosság mögött létezik-e okozati összefüggés vagy sem.
A magyarság világszerte aggodalommal és növekvő felháborodással kíséri az izraeli gyarmatosítás kiteljesedését hazánkban.
A térhódítás visszaszorítása érdekében
28. Szólítsa fel Izrael Államot, hogy haladéktalanul szüntesse be hódító politikáját Magyarországon.
Ennek folytatása előbb-utóbb a Közel-Kelethez hasonlóan destabilizálja térségünket. Ez végső soron senkinek sem érdeke.
10.§ Éltető alkotmányos rendet, működő jogállamot
Az éltető alkotmányos rend, a működő jogállam kialakítása és a nemzeti érdekérvényesítés érdekében mára elodázhatatlan feladattá vált. A Szent Korona értékrenden alapuló új magyar alkotmány (Alaptörvény) megalkotása, mely méltatja a keresztény örökséget, s melynek célja az évezredek alatt kiérlelt, jellegzetesen magyar Alkotmány útjához való visszatérés, a megszakadt jogfolytonosság helyreállítása alapvető feltétele a társadalmi Fordulatnak.
Ennek érdekében
29. Indítványozza a politikai döntéshozóknak és az ország választópolgárainak – népszavazással megerősített – törvény elfogadását, amely kimondja:
1. a jelenkori magyar állam – közéletünk alkotmányos hagyományaihoz kötődően - a történelmileg létezett magyarországi államrendszerekkel folytonosnak tekinti magát, elítéli az önkényuralom minden formáját, az elmúlt önkényuralmi rendszerekkel mindennemű közösséget és folyamatosságot megtagad;
2. az országgyűlés elrendeli Magyarország alkotmányos jelentőségű jogszabályainak (jogalkotásának és államszervezetének) négy éven belül történő felülvizsgálatát, majd országgyűlési megerősítését és új törvények megalkotását azért, hogy mind a történelmi folyamatosság, a magyarországi alkotmányos gondolkodás hagyományai, mind a jelenkor társadalmi-nemzetpolitikai követelményei kellő súllyal érvényesüljenek.
30. Kapjon különösen meghatározó szerepet
a magyar nemzet azonosságának és értékeinek megőrzése államhatárokra tekintet nélkül;
Magyarország Szent Koronájának azon – minden államformában tiszteletben tartandó – eszméje, amely szerint
a)a megosztott és ellenőrzött (az önkényuralommal összeegyeztethetetlen) hatalom forrása az önrendelkező nemzet;
b) az állam és nemzet főhatalmát a Szent Korona jelképezi és egyben megszemélyesíti , mint a főhatalom alanya;
c) a Szent Korona minden tulajdon forrása az országon belül, s jelképe nemzetközi tekintetben;
d) az együtt élő magyarok és nem magyarok nyelvre, sajátos hagyományokra és vallásra tekintet nélkül szerves közösséget alkotnak egy magasabb rendű közös cél szolgálatában;
az elszakított magyar nemzeti közösségek (népcsoportok) szellemi és anyagi létfeltételeinek, önrendelkezési jogának szavatolása, érvényre juttatása mind a belső, mind az államközi viszonyokban;
a magyar és más közép-európai együtt élő népek érdekközösségének és együttműködésének erősítése és szolgálata, különös tekintettel Magyarország és a Kárpát-medencei közös lét (kultúra, gazdaság, politika) iránt a múltban és jelenben kötődést mutató személyekre és közösségekre, a Duna-völgyi népek közös sorsára és önkormányzati, demokratikus hagyományaira.

Magyar Nemzeti Minimum - 2010
A Magyarok Világszövetségének Elnöksége második olvasatban elfogadta a 2010-re aktualizált Magyar Nemzeti Minimum című nemzetpolitikai programját, amelynek tételeit megítélése szerint minden magyar pártnak fel kell vállalnia. Ezért nemzeti minimum. A dokumentum AFordulat, avagy Az erkölcs mindenek felett címet viseli. Az MVSZ elküldi azt minden országos listát állító magyarországi pártnak és szervezetnek és kéri, hogy viszonyuljanak hozzá. Ugyanakkor Magyarország választó polgárainak is figyelmébe ajánlja, mintegy mércét, amelyhez mérhetik az egyes politikai pártok programjának nemzeti tartalmait.
A Magyarok Világszövetsége azt a politikai szervezetet ajánlja a magyar választópolgárok figyelmébe, amelynek programjában a legtöbb tétel fellelhető a Magyar Nemzeti Minimum 2010-es változatából.
A tíz paragrafus harminc pontja összesen 45 nemzetpolitikai tételt tartalmaz.

NEMZETI MINIMUMA
A Magyarok Világszövetsége a magyar nemzet jövője iránti felelősségtől indíttatva a magyar nemzet jelenlegi állapotából kiindulva és a globális folyamatokat mindvégig szem előtt tartva 2005 szeptemberében elfogadta, és nyilvánosságra hozta
Magyar Nemzeti Minimum
című dokumentumát.
A nyilvánosságra hozatal óta eltelt több mint 4 esztendő alatt bekövetkezett, a magyar nemzetet érintő társadalmi- gazdasági - politikai változások a magyar nemzet állapotának súlyos romlását idézték elő. A magyarországi politikai uralkodó osztály nem tette programjának, cselekvéseinek részévé a Magyar Nemzeti Minimum tételeit, sőt, egyenesen az ellenkező irányban hatott tevékenységével. Elmélyítette a válságot, amely ma már erkölcsi-politikai gazdasági válsággá vált.
A Magyarok Világszövetsége alapításának 70. évfordulója idején, 2008. augusztusában ülésezett Magyarok VII. Világkongresszusa azt tűzte ki célul, hogy erkölcsi és szellemi fordulatot idézzen elő Magyarország és a magyar nemzet életében. Több mint 800 küldött és mintegy 400 vendég vett részt azon a 12 konferencián, amelyen keletről érkezett akadémikusok és nyugatról érkezett politikusok társaságában magyar tudósok, kutatók és közéleti személyiségek tanácskoztak a magyarság sorskérdéseiről. A VII. Világkongresszus, melyet méltató levélben üdvözölt a Dalai Láma és Európa talán legismertebb nyelvtörténésze, Mario Alinei professzor, eddig nem tapasztalt, gyönyörű ívet húzott, amely az Altájtól az Atlanti-óceánig ért, és amelynek középpontjában mindvégig a jobb sorsra érdemes, szeretett és nagyra hivatott magyar nemzet állt.
A magyar társadalom megérett a Fordulatra.
A Magyarok VII. Világkongresszusa – mint a legnagyobb legitimitással rendelkező összmagyar testület, amely 1920. június 4-e óta egyedül képviseli legitim módon az egyetemes magyar népet - számos olyan határozatot hozott, mely a dokumentum tételeit megerősítette illetve kiegészítette. A legfontosabb határozatával elfogadta a magyar nép Önrendelkezési nyilatkozatát majd a Trianon újraértékelése című konferencia által hozott határozat alapján a Magyarok Világszövetsége Elnöksége megalkotta és elfogadta a trianoni és a párizsi béke felülvizsgálatát célzó, Igazságot Európának! címet viselő petícióját E dokumentumok új korszakot nyitottak a magyar nemzeti érdekérvényesítés előtt, ezért üzenetükkel kiegészítettük a Magyar Nemzeti Minimumot. A Magyarok Világszövetsége elvárja, hogy mindazon politikai erők, amelyek 2010-ben Magyarországon a népfelség megjelenítésére – azaz országgyűlési képviseletre – törekszenek, magukénak tekintsék, és hajlandóak legyenek választási- illetve kormányprogramjukba beemelni a Magyar Nemzeti Minimum tételeit.
Elvárjuk, hogy országgyűlési képviselettel rendelkezve támogassa, kormányzati pozícióban pedig kezdeményezze a Fordulat érdekében az alábbiakat.

A MAGYAROK VILÁGSZÖVETSÉGE ELNÖKSÉGE
0.§. Teljes erkölcsi megújulást
Elég volt húsz év tévelygéséből! Ki kell mondanunk az 1989. október 23-án kikiáltott Magyar Köztársaság végét.A húsz évvel ezelőtt kikiáltott demokratikus jogállam tartalmától kiürültnek, és megszűntnek tekinthető:
o hiszen húsz év alatt a közel négyszáz parlamenti képviselő közül egy sem kérdezte meg: kinek, meddig és miért kell fizetni az immár évi 1.500 milliárd forintot kitevő kamatot, miközben az államadósság nem csökken, hanem folyamatosan nő!
o hiszen kormánya alkotmánysértések, törvénysértések és hazugságok áradatával tévesztette meg 2004. december 5-e előtt a magyar nemzet határok fölött átnyúló, békés egységesülését kimondani hivatott népszavazásra készülő magyar polgárokat!
o hiszen büntetlenül hagyta a 2006. szeptember 17-én kiszivárogtatott, balatonöszödi országkáromlást!
o hiszen a dicsőséges, 1956-os Magyar Forradalom és Szabadságharc 50. évfordulóján, 2006. október 23-án Budapesten rendőrruhába bújtatott, dühöngő martalócok tüzet nyithattak békés emlékezőkre, és az utca porába taposhatták a magyar nemzeti lobogót!
o hiszen a budapesti parlament 2007. december 17-én több mint négyötödös többséggel, olvasatlanul szavazta meg a Magyar Köztársaság szuverenitását gyakorlatilag felszámoló lisszaboni szerződést!
o hiszen életellenessé vált: a legfőbb bírói testület, az Alkotmánybíróság olyan törvény elfogadását kényszerítette ki, amely lehetővé tette a 18. életévüket betöltő ifjaknak, hogy egész életükre kihatóan, művi úton meddővé tétessék magukat!
o hiszen ugyancsak az Alkotmánybíróság, a legsúlyosabb törvénysértést is vállalta, amikor immár három éve tevőlegesen akadályozza a népfelség érvényesülését: három éve késlelteti a második népszavazás kiírását a külhoni magyarok magyar állampolgárságának ügyében!
o hiszen az Alkotmánybíróság megalakulása óta alkotmányt sértő módon működik és a 21 év alatt meghozott összes határozata de jure semmis.
A magyar társadalom erkölcsi megújulása nem anyagi létünk függvénye. A szentek, szabadítók, élenjárók, mint példaképek minden felnövő nemzedék számára a jövőbe vetett hit táplálói, a remény éltetői. Ők alakítják az új nemzedék lelki arculatát. Példaképekre, erkölcsi példamutatásra mindenkor, de erkölcsi megújulásunkhoz jelen időnkben különösen nagy szükségünk van
Ennek érdekében
1. Támogassa és szorgalmazza Petőfi Sándor halála körülményeinek teljes feltárását, a magyar nemzetre erőltetett történelmi hamisítás megszüntetését.
2. A politikusbűnözés és korrupció felszámolásával állítsa helyre a választott népképviselők iránti bizalmat.
1.§ A magyar nép önrendelkezési igényének érvényesítését
A megoldás alapvető eszköze a szabadság és egyenlőség elvére épülő önrendelkezés, amely minden nép természetes és elidegeníthetetlen joga, 1977 óta az ENSZ Közgyűlése által elfogadott kötelező jellegű alapjog
Ennek érvényre juttatása érdekében
3. A magyar nép kinyilatkoztatott önrendelkezési igényét rögzíteni kell a magyar alkotmányban és új nemzetstratégiát kell kidolgozni önrendelkezési jogának érvényesítésére.
4. Az önrendelkezési jog érvényesítésének legfőbb eszköze a népakaratot kimutató népszavazás. Elvárjuk, hogy a Magyar Kormány adjon meg minden lehetséges támogatást a népszavazások lebonyolításához, és az önrendelkezési jog érvényesítéséhez nélkülözhetetlen feltételek megteremtéséhez. Képviselje a kinyilatkoztatott népakaratot minden illetékes fórum és kiemelten az Egyesült Nemzetek Szervezete előtt.
5. A minden népet megillető önrendelkezési jog jegyében zajló magyar önrendelkezés folyamatában vállaljon, alkotmányos alapon, védőhatalmi státust a Kárpát-medencei elszakított területeken élő magyar nemzeti közösségek iránt.
2.§ Igazságot Európának
A magyar kérdés rendezése nem tűr halasztást!
2010. június 4-én lesz 90 éve annak, hogy az I. világháborút lezáró, Trianonban aláírt békeszerződéssel a győztes hatalmak érvényesítették a már a háború előtt megvolt szándékaikat: a korábban a Magyar Királyságban élő és 1222 óta írott alkotmánnyal rendelkező, jogállamiságból Európának példát mutató országban államalkotó szerepet játszó magyar nemzetet hétfelé szaggatták, és 3,5 millió magyart megkérdezése nélkül, akarata ellenére idegen uralom alá kényszerítették. A II. világháborút lezáró, 1947. február 10-én aláírt párizsi béke Magyarország számára egy újabb diktátum, egy második Trianon volt, amely túltett az elsőn: Magyarországtól újabb területeket csatoltak el, népünket a háború befejezése után tovább gyilkolták. A párizsi békét követően a kommunista berendezkedésű magyar állam megfeledkezett elcsatolt nemzettársairól, akikkel szemben alkotmányos kötelezettségei voltak. Ma, amikor az Európai Közösség (Európai Unió) „a szabadság, a jog, a biztonság” térségévé kíván válni, nem lehet kettős mérce alkalmazását többé egyetlen néppel – így a magyarral – szemben sem fenntartani. Ezért, amikor ma, 90 évvel az I. világháború lezárása után azt mondjuk: Igazságot Magyarországnak, az tulajdonképpen azt jelenti: Igazságot Európának!
Az igazság érvényre juttatása érdekében
6. Kezdeményezze az I. világháborút lezáró trianoni és a II. világháborút lezáró párizsi béke fölülvizsgálatát, a magyar nép további hátrányos megkülönböztetésének megszüntetését és igazság szolgáltatását a magyar nép számára.
3.§ Egységes magyar nemzetet
A magyar nemzet politikai egységének helyreállítása egyik legsürgősebb feladatunk. A Magyarok Világszövetsége – Alapszabályába foglalt kötelessége szerint eljárva 2004-ben népszavazást kezdeményezett annak érdekében, hogy - a magyar politikai osztály által ígéretük ellenére mindeddig elszabotált - jogszabály módosítással a magyar állampolgárságot minden magyar ember meg- illetve visszakaphassa. A népszavazás érvénytelensége mellett is az IGEN-ek győzelmét mutatta. A Magyarok Világszövetsége erkölcsi kötelessége e kérdés megoldását sikerre vinni. Ezért is kezdeményezte második alkalommal e tárgyban újabb népszavazás kiírását. A jogszabályi módosítás során a Magyarok Világszövetsége az eljárásra az érintettek egyoldalú nyilatkozattételét ajánlja, melynek következményeként a nyilatkozók állampolgárságukat a nyilatkozattétel napjával megszerzik.
A magyar nemzet politikai egységének helyreállítása érdekében
7. Kezdeményezze és támogassa az Állampolgársági törvény módosítását úgy, hogy minden magyar, akit magyar állampolgárságától a trianoni békeparanccsal – vagy egyéb úton, de – akarata ellenére fosztottak meg, valamint az ő leszármazottaik magyar állampolgárságukat visszanyerhessék minden különösebb előfeltétel, például áttelepülés nélkül is.
8. Kezdeményezze és támogassa a csángó magyarok áttelepülés nélküli állampolgárság szerzését.
4.§ Magyar nemzeti kultúrát és oktatást
A magyar szellem Európa egyetlen népénél sem hátrább való. Alkotásai – a hieroglifáktól a nem euklideszi geometrián át a holografikus világmodellig – a világ szellemi életében kiemelkedő jelentőségűek. A globális nyomástól szenvedő, kultúráját veszítő népek között a magyar szellem eredményeire támaszkodni mindenkor kötelességünk. Ezen alkotások a magyar nép kincsét képezik. A magyarságtudományok művelésének az egész magyar nemzetre gyakorolt hatása helyes önismeretünk kialakítását, nemzeti önbecsülésünk helyreállítását segítheti, ezáltal felbecsülhetetlen erőt, energiát adhat a társadalmi Fordulat megvalósításához.
Ennek érdekében
9. Tegye a közoktatás feladatává a magyarságtudományi ismeretek, tudományok tanítását.
10. Kezdeményezze a finnugor származáselmélet fölülvizsgálatát.
